Problem:
Enhancing the Ontrack Student & Admin portal to improve navigation, access to course materials, engagement, and overall usability is our primary challenge. Students & Admins encounter difficulties in navigating the platform, affecting their learning experience.

Solution:

Reimagining learning through mentor-based and collaborative education. We connect students, mentors, and partners seamlessly, bridging the gap between online learning and real-world success. Our commitment is to make education engaging, innovative, and inclusive, ensuring every high-school student is prepared for a successful future.

How I grew as a Designer:
By being a part of an year long project as a UX Designer at UIF, I have learnt many things about designing seamless experiences for american education system. My thought process changed a lot in this year and now, I mainly design using cognitive principles and make it user centric.

We also built Information Architecture
💡 We created Ontrack's user-friendly information architecture using sitemaps and user flows. This involved careful analysis of user needs and content organization. Sitemaps gave us an overview of the platform's structure, while user flows detailed step-by-step user journeys. Continuous refinement based on feedback resulted in an intuitive structure for Ontrack

Storyboard
Storyboarding is a good way to elaboratively explain the user flow and the actual structure of the project. I made a storyboard where Emma is going through a breakup and was not feeling good at all. She uses MoJo to bring back joy into her life. The whole process is depicted step by step in the form of the story involving screens.
